Hello March 9th is the beginning of Lent and my weigh in day. Didn't really plan that well since I definitely ate a bunch of paczkis [once I found them].
Today's Weight: 204.6lb
Weekly Loss: +3.8lb
Total Loss: 17.4
I'm disappointeed I went above 20lbs on the total loss or 202lbs. Why does 204 seen crazy far away from 200 whereas 202 seems almost there? I didn't really do much this week so I'm not really surprised. I overate with ice cream this weekend, and then didn't even track yesterday.
IT'S OK! In my reading for school we are going over child/brain development. There was a sentence that stood out to me. It basically said the brain and we are constantly changing. Every experience every day changes us a little. A guy in my class posted this [I think Chinese] saying: A man can never cross a river twice; for it is not the same river and he is not the same man.
We can all change our behaviors, eating, workouts, jobs ANY TIME! Even if we don't try we change so think of the difference we can make when we do try! For me the season of Lent has started. I decided to first go to church. I think it will help me meet people and give a little more structure to my week. I have to decide if I want to go to regular service or the Wednesday Lent services. I ALSO decided to give up sugar. That's what I usually overate on so that will help me get in control.
