WWI

Hello Wednesday! Wednesday are always hectic for me as I leave the house at 9:30 and don't come back until 7 or 8. It probably doesn't sound like that big a deal to most of you but with 3 jobs, online classes, and a generally weird schedule I usually am centered around my house leaving for just a few hours and returning between each thing. Wednesday I pack everything for all my activities for the entire day. Then I come home and watch Modern Family.

I wish I had something to complain about or blame this on. Unfortunately it's all me and the choices I've been making. I seem to be overeating a lot. The days are not so bad but at night I start working on homework and I'm tired and my eyes hurt so I've been eating to try to get some energy. I still need to work on a better school schedule so there is a focused amount of time instead of a few minutes here and there throughout the day. In a perfect world I would get up and do my homework in the morning and be done. I do notice if I do this I still check the discussion board at night and want to work on ideas and post again....so I stay up late and don't get up the next morning.

Another thing I'm testing out is having a fasting day. For me this is a day where I only have liquids: protein shakes, smoothies, soups. I tried last week mostly for my bathroom troubles I've been having since November. It seemed to work as I'm feeling much better. I think it's a good idea to give my system a rest and "clean" it a bit. I know the body cleans itself out but I've had so much gastrointestinal problems, I think it might be good for my system. But I worry that the one day of fasting has made me overcompensate during the days after. I think I'll try again this Friday and be in better control of my food intake over the weekend.

  1. Don't beat your self up over the scales it happens and they go up and down, but you have done great. I have never tried fasting, but some people think it is really good for you.

  2. I've got a problem with night eating too. All we can do is our best every single day.

  3. When I feel I am eating more than I should, I just start visiting gym more often. After tough workout I never want to eat. In order to have enough energy for regular workouts I am taking Super Army formula by Military Grade. It gives me tone and strength like nothing else. I am able to workout as much as I want and keep great shape.
