It's Wednesday. I can't believe it. I'm weird and want the time before my cruise to last longer so the time of the cruise lasts longer. Like if I count down the hours and minutes then the cruise will go by faster and it'll be February too soon. More mind games after the official Wednesday stuff.

Today's Weight: 198.6lb
Weekly Loss: 2.4lbs
Total Loss: 23.4lb

ONEDERLAND!!! It's awesome. It's great. It's my second time here. I want need strive to be here forever.....but did I mention the cruise? I plan on swimming, going to yoga, doing active excursions.....but there is a 24hr buffet. Should I plan to avoid all the bad stuff or plan to let loose and make up for it later? Or maybe the middle.

More Mind Games: I was going to do weights yesterday, but then I said I can't because my weigh-in is tomorrow, only cardio today. And then I thought "I'm a weirdo" but I still didn't do weights. I feel like I gain a little weight or loss less the day after I do weights becasue I do try to push myself and build muscle. Another thing I do is I don't put as much lotion on after my nighttime shower. In the past I would weigh myself at night and in the morning and the lotion nights I didn't loss the same amount of weight. I'm a weirdo. I did lose weight this week so it's kinda a habit I may not stop.

Are you a weirdo? Do you have pre-weigh in rituals? Have to stop eating at 6pm? Have a specific outfit you weigh-in in? Any foods you avoid specifically before a weigh-in?

    Mind games.. I avoid carbs after lunch the day before, an watch my salt, but that's pretty much it!
