Happy New YEAR!!

Hello just a quick post. I spent last night with my family eating sushi (only like 2 pieces) and watching movies (Eat, Pray, Love and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) It was really nice and I ended up spending the night at my aunt and uncle. Therefore I didn't weigh in this morning, no official 2011 start. But that's fine I can wait until Wednesday.

We did end up putting the dog down, which on a lighter note actually has made me NOT want to eat so today has been a good starting day diet-wise. No flour and no sugar is going fine. I had bananas, almond butter, and pistachios to name a few things. I know it sounds really extreme, but I will be eating lots of veggies and it's only until I go on the cruise!

Today I didn't go to the gym. Yesterday I did the next day of running program. I ran two 8.5min segments! After the stresses of the day it felt great to accomplish that. Tomorrow I'm going for 2 ten minute segments.

I don't have any big new year's resolutions. I'm participating in Winter Wonderland Warriors so Monday I will have a list of my goals and thing I want to accomplish.

  3. No resolutions here... just getting healthier every day is the plan the same as it was for most of 2010... Happy New Year!
