I also did the running plan. w5, r7, w5, r7, w6. Then I cleaned, then did the elliptical. Now I'm tired.
I also tried the tanning bed tonight. Just 5 mins. As a pasty girl, I kind of want a bit of a tan so when I go to the pool I don't blind people. I'm certainly not going to go everyday but 5 mins, twice a week before the vacation seems conservative but reasonable.
Thats all for now. I'm really hungry so can't focus on writing right now :)
