Just emailed my report to my professor and am blogging a bit before I head home to zone the freak out! [I still don't know if I'm into the new program, so school with either start Jan 13 or Feb 15th, well I know I have a month at least!]
Today I forgot to eat!!! WHAT?!?!?! Ok not really forgot more like just didn't. I got up at 9am, drank my smoothie while studying from like 10-11am. Then I helped my aunt mail presents out to out of state family from noon to 2. I also had some fudge we made this weekend for a cookie party. I then went up to campus to study for my exam at 4pm. As I was walking over to the exam my stomach started growling! At 5:30 I got out of the exam and got a wrap. It's now 7:30 and I kinda just want to go home and go to bed. Total calories: 1388. If I don't go to bed I'll wrap presents and do yoga and have some yogurt or a granola bar.
Tomorrow I need to go to the gym and get my run in early since we have a wedding in the afternoon. Then Saturday I'm going to swim in the pool until my ride says we have to leave. Then probably preparing for the Christmas Party on Sunday. Then Tuesday my cousin comes into town with her family including the 18month old!
Have you ever forgotten or pushed off eating for something more important? Does it make you feel like you were too stressed or that you handled the situation well?
