Tuesday was 2 mins walk 1 run. Totally fine, felt great. Then at running club I did 2mins walk 2 mins run, both a lot slower than I'd do on the treadmill. Today was the official on plan day 5; walk 2min run FIVE minutes, for 20mins. I made it! I thought I was going to have to slow down a lot but I ran the first 2 sections at a 5mph pace and the last was 4.9mph. No putsing at a 4 or 4.5 pace for me! So on Sunday I have a long run of the same intervals but for 30mins. I should be all set, although I'm a bit nervous for the 10min run next week.
I've also been laying a bit off the fruit, doing pretty good so far.
