On a Roll

I'm feeling great. I slept last night....until noon. (It wasn't full conk out I slept from 12:30 or 1 to 6am and then dozed and laid in bed until noon.) It was amazing! I'm feeling a bit run down though, like as soon as I dragged myself out of bed my body started wanting to go back haha. I took care of some errands, went grocery shopping, and tried to go to Shakespeare in the Park. I say tried because a thunderstorm came in and they had to tear down the outside stage. booo :(

Grocery shopping was great. Most of the time I spent in the produce section. Look at my beautiful bounty:
The peppers and avocados are already in the fridge! It's much easier to make a good meal now. I also changed my profile on increasing my loss timeline and my exercise. Unfortunately I only get 1350 cals a day (before exercise). I'm dedicated and ready to ROLL!


  1. Only 1,350 calories? Seems pretty light to me, but I trust that it will work for you.
