I haven't been writing many blogs lately. I've been feeling blah and how many post do you need to read saying "not sure what's going on" ? So to help throughout the days I've been thinking of topics. Unfortunately the topics all ended with a question and couldn't really be expanded. So I'll just post all my random questions

  • Why am I getting caught up in "Diners, Drivethroughs, and Dive", Cake Boss, and Man vs Food? Where are the healthy food shows?
  • What is the muscle(s) that starts in the middle of my back and goes over my shoulder? How to I make it not hurt?
  • Am I hurting myself by exercising or because I've been slacking and weakening myself? How do you get through a workout slump?
  • Am I cheating on my diet log? hmmm lets ignore that one.
  • What should I do about my sleep schedule? I work some days at 6am, some days until 11pm, and on the days off I sleep until 10am.
  • What do you do for blog ideas? haha

  1. Where are the healthy food shows?
    Well, I think they are not abundant because they aren't as exciting to watch. Not sure why those that have little concern for health are more exciting, probably because of the personalities that are on these shows. Whatever the reason the healthy shows and in books and not on the tube.
