- Am I hurting myself by exercising or because I've been slacking and weakening myself? How do you get through a workout slump?
- Am I cheating on my diet log? hmmm lets ignore that one.
- What should I do about my sleep schedule? I work some days at 6am, some days until 11pm, and on the days off I sleep until 10am.
