Just a quick update. Although I've lost weight, I've been feeling blah a bit yesterday and all day today. Maybe I need to go get more B12, I ran out and haven't gone to the store yet. This morning I was nauseous and had to shorten my workout. Then I had some stomach cramping, then 10hrs of work. Fun day. When I got home I just ate ice cream and a sandwich even though I should've gone to bed. I should really be in bed now. I'm getting a review of Jillian Michaels book ready for tomorrow, hopefully I'll be in a better mood as well.
