I went to the doctor who noticed I'm looking FABULOUS and told me multiple times! Then lunch at pita pit.

I had candy pumpkins before work. Went to work.

Put my food in for today. 24 of those pumpkins were 600 calories!!! Like over half of my net calories. I did 3 miles on the elliptical at work between chores to make up for that snafu.

See! Its smaller so I'm getting in control. And tomorrow I'll be out of the house pretty much from 7am to 7pm. So Hah! If only that stuff got stale I'd be all set. After my friends wedding I'm going to seriously plan everything I'm going to bake for the holidays so I know at least some food will be healthy.

ReplyDeletethat same song goes on in my head! I can't stop at 1 though - and by 24 I'm going big or going home. No way I could have stopped. So I stop at 0. no choice. it's a trigger for me.
