My friends wedding is Nov 5th! I had to ask like 4 people before I got a pretty exact date....and she's not that sure. Either way I know the wedding is in the fall, late October/November so I have something to aim for. Lets see approximately 14 weeks * 1.5lbs a week = 21lbs! That would put me in the 190s! This could be tough but I have a concrete goal now. I'm not going to start any crazy cookie diet or 5hr workout thing, but I'll more strict about whats on my plate and push it harder at the gym. And it's totally official since it's written on my blog. I'm excited for a strict goal, it's like a competition! 190lb or under by November 5th!
Another quick note: I love Jennie-O Turkey Tenderloins! I can't always find them at the store so when I do it's a treat. They have different marinades and always come out juicy! Just a shout out to that and hopefully you'll try them.
