Vision Board

I have a vision board in my room. I made it about a year ago, and yesterday I looked at all the pictures and sayings and said yes I truly believe all this will happen for me. Mental Milestone if I do say so myself.

So what is a vision board: Putting the things you want into visual form. Something you can look at everyday. Making an image in your mind a real image. Christine Kane has a great post about building your vision board. You can read more specifics about vision boards there. Another thing to look up would be “The Secret” or the “Law of Attraction”

Anywho, I made my vision board about a year ago when I was looking for a job, friends, and of course weight loss. You can see my board is full of healthy stuff, friends, traveling, all the stuff I want from my life. Yesterday I looked at a simple saying I had cut out that said “Destined to Succeed.” [Middle right] I read that and thought “I know! I’m doing well with the weight loss and consistent with my blog. I am destined.” Every other time I looked at that phrase I said “destined is a bit of an overshot” or “I’ll do the best I can but I may not make it to my goal.” I finally feel like I’m actually on this journey for the last time! I can see myself reaching all of my milestones, and making friends, and being happy. And I’d really like to thank all the bloggers you’re the support group I needed!
