I have an official weigh in once a week, usually Wednesday. Then I usually weigh myself every morning before breakfast. Then sometimes I weigh myself throughout the day, or after a workout, or once at night to see how much I lose at night. We all have our quirks right?
Now to the relationship. I consider the scale that funny, blurts out whatever friend...who also tells you flat out what's up! So like after I drink a lot of water or maybe ate later in the day, I take what she says a bit lightly. But like today, my weight was up a lot, so I know my free day was more of a splurge than I thought.
Well tomorrow's another hike. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself, since it'll be a long one. I'll be sure to take a lot of pictures.
Once a week on Sunday mornings. thats it,don't weigh during the week usually. Some weeksI may peek at it on Wednesday or Thursday, but I try not to look at it more than once a week.
