It's been one week and I'm not collapsing or starving! I've been recording everything I ate. Even though I only went to the gym 3 times, I walked the dog I'm sitting and walked to school as well. And I feel really good about my weight this week because I went out to dinner a few times and had dessert! So here's the facts:
Weight: 217.8
weight loss for week: -4
weight loss today: -4
I'm considering making a hard copy of all the weight loss achievement rewards I'm thinking of....like 210 new shoes and 200 new jeans...idk i have to hit the books then i'll work on it more. Hope you're having a great week!
