Hike #3

Today was pretty good. The hike was easier for me than last week. We just went up and back, about 3.5hrs. It was GORGEOUS!! Of course I didn't have my camera this week but you can just believe me.

I'm sooo exhausted now. I went to the gym 3 times last week, the hikes, and Wednesday runs. I'm thinking instead of the new shoes for getting to 208 I'll do a massage, or at least get a pedicure next week.

How do you relax after a really really hard workout..or set of workouts? Sleeping for 10hrs just isn't cutting it anymore.

  1. Interesting question. Since I have been on my mission I have found that I sleep a bit less. So sleep is not a primary form of relaxation for me. Actually, I think I am doing it now, blogging. I kick back in my recliner, I put the laptop in, well, my lap. And I visit fine blogs like yours and chill.
