The Gym

So I don't have much to say I just keep on keeping on. My exams are starting to stress me out and I'm getting nervous. I have to force myself to go to the gym because I know if I stay on the couch I'll just watch TV and not really study. Hopefully I'll have a little more energy after the work out to get started on the next subject.

So here's my question: What's your favorite exercise activity? in the gym or out?

I love weights!! I enjoy adding weights to the machine and thinking how strong I am. I also love the arc trainer even though it's hard! It's similar to an elliptical since it's low impact which is great on my knees. But it is more difficult and gets my heart rate up fast. My only caveat is that it really works my calves making them super tight which is bad for shin splints. To help I just stretch a lot before and after.

  1. Gym is the most relaxation place where people can be fresh and do workout so that they can stay fit and healthy. I always go to the gym for workout so that I can maintain my body.
